Requirements:

  • Previous experience in reporting/data management/visualisation/ analytics area
  • Team building and people management experience
  • Experience in transition of reporting process
  • Some experience in transforming reports for a complex organisation as well as in building new solutions
  • Ability to collaborate with, communicate and manage stakeholders at various levels of the company
  • Working knowledge of various visualisation and data extracting tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, VBA), as well as source systems (SAP, Ariba, etc).


Responsibilities:

Leadership and grow the Reporting Team

  •  Manage transition plan and provide direction in shaping the strategy and transformation journey for Reporting in GBS centre
  • Identify opportunities to deliver new value-added services provided by the Reporting Team in line with the latest trends
  • Develop relationships with regional and group leaders who are the main stakeholders and recipients of the reports
  • Build and develop the Reporting Team: participate in selection, interview, hiring and onboarding process of new team members as well as coach and develop talent

Delivery of service

  • Manage and deliver scope of Reporting activities in line with SLAs and KPIs and other targets set for the GBS centre
  • Do quality assurance of work delivered by the Reporting Team
  • Manage and solve escalations

Transition of processes

  • Participate in detail design of processes to be transitioned to the GBS centre
  • Oversee transition ensuring work is transitioned timely and in line with expectations
  • Ensure effective stabilisation of processes in the GBS centre

Change and transformation

  • Work with process owners, functional global leads, Global Data Function and market teams to drive transformation, standardisation, automation and self-service of Reports
  • Create and develop culture of continuous improvement
