Requirements

• Experience in managing full recruitment life cycle for different positions (min. 2 years)
• Experience in IT recruitment will be an advantage
• Excellent English language skills and the ability to communicate with candidates at all levels (B2/C1)
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactiveness, assertiveness and great attention detail 
• Ability to prioritize and switch between numerous tasks
• Interest in HR and willingness to develop in that area

Responsibilities

• Conducting end-to-end recruitment process for different positions 
• Building and developing a recruiting pipeline by using different sources and channels
• Cooperating with managers to adapt to their recruitment needs and requirements
• Providing the best candidate experience 
• Manage various administration activities 
• Handling onboarding and offboarding processes
• Support employees regarding HR matters
• Participating in other HR activities (in. training, assessments, employer branding)
• Taking care of the culture and values of the organization
