Real Estate Clerk with German (SSC) Ref. No: 8379

For our Client, the company from Retail sector, we are looking for the Candidates to join new structure in Cracow.

Region: Kraków, małopolskie


Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of professional experience in Real Estate administration area
  • Very good knowledge of German
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to the detail
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams and maintain strong partnerships with landlord and franchise partner


Responsibilities:

  • Checking service charge statements and rent indexations for correctness in alignment with the rental agreements/ addenda
  • Obtaining the service charge prepayments actually made by the Shared Service AR team
  • Obtaining current rent payments from the accounting department
  • Requesting any necessary corrections and discussing them with the landlord
  • Informing the franchise partner about the service charge statement/rent indexation and forwarding it for approval
  • Request any necessary corrections based on change notifications from the franchise partner
  • Send the correct service charge statement to Medius Workflow by e-mail
  • Send the correct rent indexation to the accounting department to adjust the payment
