A client of our recruitment agency, a multinational EPC company specializing in solar and battery energy storage systems (BESS) and based in Krakow, Poland, is seeking a qualified Planning Manager to join their team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years in planning/project management, with expertise in utility-scale PV projects
  • Master's Degree in Engineering or related field
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, MS Word, and Excel
  • Strong project management credentials
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and risk mitigation skills
  • Strong time management and ability to handle multiple projects
  • Excellent interpersonal and technical writing skills
  • Comfortable working collaboratively in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules using advanced project management tools
  • Collaborate with project managers to create detailed execution plans
  • Conduct critical path analysis and resource allocation
  • Review progress, identify risks, and recommend corrective measures
  • Monitor and improve project effectiveness using quantitative tools
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders and senior management
