• Experience: Minimum 5 years in planning/project management, with expertise in utility-scale PV projects
• Education: Master's Degree in Engineering or related field
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, MS Word, and Excel
• Certifications: Strong project management credentials
• Competencies: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and risk mitigation skills

Personal Attributes:

• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple projects
• Excellent interpersonal and technical writing skills
• Comfortable working collaboratively in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities:

 

• Develop and maintain project schedules using advanced project management tools
• Collaborate with project managers to create detailed execution plans
• Conduct critical path analysis and resource allocation
• Review progress, identify risks, and recommend corrective measures
• Monitor and improve project effectiveness using quantitative tools
• Prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders and senior management
