The new Employee Services function within Dyson Business Services (DBS) organisation will provide process and service excellence to support Dyson’s growth ambitions with a goal of innovating and enhancing payroll services over time to meet the changing needs of the business. This new role will be critical in assisting the Global Payroll and Expenses manager to transition the existing payroll team into the DBS in Dyson.
Managing a team of Payroll Specialists, and reporting into the Global Head of Payroll, the Payroll Manager has responsibility for the prompt and accurate payment of salaries to 5000 monthly paid staff within EMEA, as well as ensuring the payment of global expenses.
