Requirements:

• Min. 5 years of practical knowledge of operations
• Previous work experience in financial-, collection- or OtC-related fields
• Advanced knowledge of Process Management (process improvements, implementations)
• Knowledge of Project Management
• Experience in business analysis (interface processes IT)
• Migration experience would be an asset
• Knowledge of Cash Collection Tools and techniques
• Change Management experience
• Very good command of English (min. B2)
• Very good knowledge of German (min. B2)
• SAP FI experience
• Analytical and conceptual mindset
• Highly independent and systematic approach to work
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (self-confidence and convincing skills), assertiveness and persuasiveness 
• Strong cooperation skills, customer orientation and intercultural competence
• Availability for business travels (up to 10% of working time)

Responsibilities:

• Group-wide steering, development, standardization, harmonization and optimization of Order to Cash processes
• Develops common process definition, measurements, methodology and tools to drive end-to-end process improvements across the LGBS customers
• Ensuring the design, implementation and updating of the Global Process Management Strategy for all processes in scope assuring compliance and quality with lower cost and higher productivity
• Support in implementation (Testing in BEACH), administration and technical process design of BEACH Settlement System and BEACH REKLA (including Master Data)
• Identifies process related risks, designs Internal Control Systems and process risk management
• Supports in development and implementation best-practice process strategies for all categories in scope in line agreed saving targets as well as best practice process strategies
• Assuring process compliance with corporate policies and regulatory guidelines
• Defines and develops KPI’s and other Performance Indicators
• Definition of process-specific tools, resources and infrastructure
• Definition of roles and qualifications within the process as well as process trainings
• Ensuring formal process documentation
• Developing the service catalogue
• Identify the roadmap to migrate from AS-Is to the To-Be Environment
• Heads projects or initiates and steers projects
• Demand management towards LGBS IT (Translate process change into IT requirements. Preliminary analysis, development of business concepts together with IT)
