Order-To-Cash Subject Matter Expert (OTC-SME) – Knowledge Management Ref. No: 7569

Experience / Personal Qualities:

  • BA/BS or MS in Accounting required, CPA or MBA preferred
  • 5 or more years of experience in different areas in the OTC function
  • Meticulous and well organized
  • Clear and concise communication style
  • Possesses strong negotiation skills
  • Lean or Six Sigma Certification a plus
  • Capable of directing the resolution of complex or unusual business problems while applying advanced analytical thought and judgment
  • Ability to analyse financial and operating statistics and provide meaningful feedback
  • Highly motivated, deadline driven, and ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing)
  • Have the ability to motivate and encourage a productive working environment
  • Working in a fast-paced team environment with high volume activities and changing priorities


About The Role:

The OTC SME – Knowledge Management will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:

  • Review existing process flows, DTP, KPIs and SLAs to ensure the accurate capture and appropriate measurement of all process performance
  • Work with other OTC SMEs to get their feedbacks and approvals on the process documentations
  • Work with other knowledge management SMEs to align on an appropriate central depository tool that will ease the update, retrieval and approvals of the process documents
  • Work with the OTC SMEs and Internal Controls team to ensure all OTC processes have appropriate controls. Ensure that control owners are informed, trained and have understood the importance of control performance
  • Develop, in cooperation, with the central training team different modes of trainings to deliver an effective and efficient process training
  • Develop matrices to review the effectiveness of the trainings and utilise feedback to improve the delivery method
  • Take proactive actions to ensure appropriate trainings are being delivered to the OTC teams (DBS and BPO)
  • Where required, work with the Markets to ensure clear understandings of the OTC processes and deliver trainings, if necessary
  • Take full ownership in ensuring that process flows, DTP, KPIs, SLAs are up-to-date and appropriate. For any deviations, ensure the reasons are acceptable and/or actions are identified with prompt follow-up
  • Actively collaboration with other Centres in the region and partners
