Experience:

  • A proven leader that has 5 or more years of experience in similar role in other organization.
  • Communicate in a concise and clear manner (verbally and written); comfortable working with senior leadership and exhibit a customer centric mindset.
  • Comfortable in a multi-cultural work environment and working with virtual teams.
  • Good knowledge of end to end Order-to- Cash process, acquired through related work experience in increasingly complex roles.
  • Have a ‘Can-do’ attitude, highly self-motivated and deadline driven.
  • Extensive technical knowledge of accounting, reporting and analysis. Chartered Accountant or equivalent qualification is highly regarded.
  • Hands-on experience in finance process improvements.
  • Have the ability to motivate and encourage a productive working environment
  • Working in a fast-paced team environment with high volume activities and changing priorities.
  • Experience in accounting and financial systems such as SAP S4 and Blackline, a plus.
  • Lean or Six Sigma Certification, a plus
  • C1+ English is a must, fluency in any other European language is a plus


About The Role:

OTC Operations Manager will be responsible for:

 Leadership, Relationships and Strategy

  • Lead team of Analysts and Senior Analysts delivering OTC services for EMEA region
  • Ensure collaboration with other Centres in the region and partners.

 Process Design, Delivery, Governance and Continuous Improvement

  • Accountable for the smooth delivery of high-quality services for End-to-End (E2E) OTC scope to all business stakeholders.
  • Drive realization of global process standardization in co-operation with the OTC GPO team.
  • Establish realistic KPIs to drive process excellence year-on-year and focus on the delivery of value-added activities to the Markets.
  • Establish strong governance to ensure deviations from global processes are justified.
  • Participate in regular DBS performance reviews and promptly address issues/risks in the OTC areas.
  • Maintain a strong focus on execution and deliver short term results and successes while moving towards the long term vision.
  • Regular report on service delivery and key initiative.
  • Relentless drive for continuous improvements.

 Transition of processes

  • Participate in detail design of processes to be transitioned to the centre.
  • Oversee transition ensuring work is transitioned timely and in line with expectations.
  • Ensure effective stabilisation of processes transitioned.

 People and Culture:

  • Build high calibre teams that are collaborative and candid. Ensure adequate back-ups for critical roles. Coach and develop talent.
  • Cultivate Dyson culture and values of being Different, Authentic, Pioneering.
  • Build trusting relationships with Finance leaders and partners.
  • Ensure on-going training for teams.
  • Champion culture of continuous improvement and reward individual and team successes.
