Our client is a new generation business service provider offering services in IT management area. Currently due to opening new office in Cracow we are looking for candidates who will join Technical Assistance Center.

requirements:

  • Experience in active technical troubleshooting
  • Experience in network security management (Firewall)
  • Worked with routers, switches, VOIP, WAN, LAN
  • Worked with network topologies (such as ISDN, Frame Relay or others) and different protocols
  • Familiar with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems
  • Understanding of LAN and WAN Internetworking Devices
  • Working knowledge within configuring routers and switches, network maintenance and administration
  • Familiar with VPN and VPN devices
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Self-managing and self-directing
  • Team player
  • Certifications, for example: CCNA, CCNP, CCVP, and CCIE will be an asset


responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day operations, maintenance, administration, configuration, problem resolution and technical support for voice and data infrastructure related hardware and software
  • Monitor and respond to technical hardware and software problems utilizing a variety of tools and techniques in support of the routers, servers, gateways
  • Network security management, Firewall troubleshooting and opening
  • Oversee routine hardware/software audits, ensure adherence to company security/compliance policies
  • Actively technical troubleshoot and diagnose problems to be able to recover from complex network problems to restore service
  • Act as an interface to customers, accepting trouble reports and dispatching them to appropriate personnel and carriers
  • Interact with internal, external teams, hardware and software vendors and customers to report events and the resolution of events
  • Ensure problems are satisfactorily resolved in a timely manner with a focus on providing a high level of support for all customers to contribute to positive customer satisfaction
  • Support leadership in transitioning in new deals and writing desk level procedures for the team
  • Train new agents on customer service, tools and process and procedure
