Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the finance team
• Optimize financial reporting and controlling processes to accurately reflect business reality and enable management to make effective decisions
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting process
• Assist statutory audit, tax audit, and other corporate’s conrtols intitiativesSupervise tax filing, VAT reports, and payroll accounting prepared by a local 3rd-party accounting service provider
• Monitor and analyze the KP-Is of all disciplines from a financial point of view in order to optimize performance
• Close co-operation and collaboration with the local management team
• Analyzing competitors and market trends
• Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation
• Support the corporate / local projects cross-functionally
• Assist implementation of the operational systems (ERP)

Requirements:

• University degree required with a focus in Accounting/controlling preferred
• 10 + years of progressive finance experience 
• International experience required, preferably in manufacturing sector
• Ability to provide clear leadership and motivate people
• Experience with the use of information technology to effectively satisfy business needs
• Strong knowledge of various cultures and international ways of reporting
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
