Senior Business Functional Support Analyst Ref. No: 7205

Kingfisher has recently opened a new Finance Shared Service Centre in Cracow. During process transition and stabilization phase, report to Project Manager from Transition&Transformation team. After that, report to Head of Transition and Process Excellence.


  • Good knowledge of financial and accounting processes (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable)
  • Strong analytical skills and very good problem solving (strong attention to details)
  • Incident management skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and use of its formulas
  • Very good command of English (at least B2 level)
  • Experience in working with SAP system would be a plus
  • Process design skills
  • Communication skills and ability of working in a team environment
  • Good leadership and stakeholder’s management skills


  • Perform control of data interfaces/flows between systems in order to check data integrity and correctness
  • Perform analysis of identified issues, report incidents to appropriate teams
  • Monitor incidents status and solution
  • Build and update process maps and data flow diagrams
  • Create and maintain process descriptions, procedures and work instructions
  • Participate in building and implementing tools to support work of the team and to improve its efficiency
  • Become a team leader (after transition and stabilization phase) and coordinate work of 2-3 Business Functional Support Analysts
