Operational experience with supporting/managing IT Services (ITIL knowledge is welcome)
General knowledge about robot/software development
General technical knowledge about IT Infrastructure (Servers, databases, firewalls, network, Cloud Infrastructure, etc)
Experience with supporting audits
Experience with (Business) Process definition, experience with process improvement / automation would be an asset
Very good English

Ensures implementation of best practice in IT Governance, Security management and compliance with the company policies
Be an operational liaison between IT, LGBS Security Team, Audit & Compliance Manager and other compliance – related teams
Support definition of IT, Security, Data Protection and Risk Management principles and standards for the BPA Operations
Serve as an advisory board for BPA discussions in mentioned areas
Support Automation Projects and ensure compliance with Operations Concept principles and defined standards
Ensure proper “handover to operations” process for new projects and technologies
