For our client, Shared Service Center with a stable position on a Cracow’s market, we are looking for a whole new team dedicated to a transformation project – roles of different levels of complexity and seniority.
3+ years of experience in the process design/process management/process modelling, preferably within the PTP process area
Knowledge of process improvement techniques
Background in operational duties in finance/accounting area
Experience of working with or implementing finance technologies such as SAP
Experience in work in diverse teams within a multi-national environment
Fluency in English
Appetite and aptitude to learn
Exceptional active listening and communication skills
Flexibility, proactivity and be an energetic team player
Ability to constructively contribute to the decision making process
Availability for business trips (around 25%)
As a PtP Business Solution Expert you have an important role to ensure that the designed solution is fit for purpose and that design is reflecting the requirements of global finance standards and strategic outcomes.
You will be responsible to:
Run and test PTP process design involving a range of stakeholders to develop the solution
Document the agreed design for PTP processes using program templates (capturing processes, system configuration, data, controls, KPIs and the future split of roles and responsibilities required to run the new processes)
Design and document the system requirements with support from dedicated SAP technical analysts
Design and deliver training, overseeing development of Standard Operating Procedures and supporting other transition tasks as required
Build relationships with operating companies and SSC to create engagement, improve the design and enable understanding of the solution to the users
