IG opened its new branch (R&D Center) in Krakow in 2015 and is to hire around up to 250 IT, Digital Marketing and Business Development/ Customer Service and KYC/ Compliance Specialists for new projects and creating new products. Requirements:

  • Previous experience of working in a commercial environment a would be of benefit
  • Previous experience of using Salesforce would be of benefit
  • Outstanding communication skills - ability to communicate well and vary style according to seniority of recipients
  • Exceptional organisation skills
  • Effective message/presentation delivery


Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects to drive revenue in line with our Group growth levers by identifying and remedying Client-Facing/Commercial inefficiency and seizing Commercial opportunity
  • Lead operational training and managing communication/building relationships with the Region Heads, Country Heads, Client-Facing Team Managers and Representatives
  • Drive Client-Facing future vision by identifying process change/future technology through attendance at relevant conferences and external company visits
  • Setup and lead Client-Facing feedback loops on current tech, process, marketing strategy and future vision
  • Working with the Client Performance Intelligence Team to ensure insights are gained and acted upon from the reporting suite on Client-Facing Teams
  • Help to ensure that, globally, Client-Facing teams are adhering to systems best-practise, providing support and guidance when required (and working closely with the Performance and Development Consultant to implement).
