For our client, Shared Service Center with a stable position on a Cracow’s market, we are looking for a whole new team dedicated to a transformation project – roles of different levels of complexity and seniority.
Region: Kraków, małopolskie
Have knowledge / a good understanding of project and programme management principles and techniques, or previous experience in a PMO-type of role
Be able to work independently and you are self-motivated as well as task oriented
Excellent communication and writing skills in English
Be familiar with MS office or other database systems (knowledge of SharePoint) and with planning tools
Be able to translate complex topics in visually compelling presentations
Experience in a changing, demanding and agile international environment
Finance knowledge will be an asset
Support for PMO Lead and ongoing program/project activities on a daily basis
Call/meeting management (preparing of slide deck presentation; taking meeting minutes and distributing them in a timely manner)
Daily communication with PMO Lead and other counterparts
Tracking and getting updates on action items from project meetings and ensure they are closed by the due date
Capturing project data, producing regular program governance materials and reports
