Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance or IT or similar
Relevant work experience with ERP systems (preferred Oracle)
Experience in people management
Thorough understanding of Finance/Accounting basics
Project management experience for example in ERP project implementation as a plus
Ability to work in intense, fast paced and multinational work environment
Customer oriented and team player
Self-motivated and able to motivate others
Global Financial Systems Support is in charge of financial systems maintenance and enhancement to drive efficiencies and assist in system/process changes for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and reorganizations.
Manage team of financial system analysts to ensure staff performance, motivation, training and development
Provide guidance for the team on configuration and maintenance of ERP and other Finance systems (for example Oracle, SQL, JIRA)
Support development, planning and execution of system enhancements
Constantly drive innovation to boost efficiency of financial systems by the introduction of new technologies and solutions
Cooperation with IT, business and RPA team on business processes automation initiatives
Manage resolution process of issues raised and align topics with relevant stakeholders from all entities
Manage the integration process of new entities
