Lufthansa Global Business Services (LGBS) operates as an international organization with a worldwide delivery structure providing business services in the areas of Finance, HR, Revenue Accounting, Management Reporting and Procurement for entire Lufthansa Group.

Krakow Center is the main hub for the delivery organization including also central functions for the group companies covering both standard as well as customized processes for airline business. Besides operations, Krakow Center has also teams specialized in Process Management, Migration Support, Knowledge Management and Continuous Improvement.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Process Management (process improvement, gaining efficiency) and Project Management
  • Good knowledge of Master Data Management
  • SAP experience
  • Good English language skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and co-operation skills
  • Highly independent and systematic approach to work
  • Dedicated team player
  • Analytical and conceptual mindset
  • Customer orientation and intercultural competence
  • Openness to international travel (up to 20%)


Responsibilities:

  • Group-wide steering, development, standardization, harmonization and optimization of the Master Data processes within Financial Services with focus on P2P.
  • Develops common process definition, measurements, methodology and tools to drive end-to-end process improvements across the given area of responsibility.
  • Understands and further develops Master Data Management System.
  • Design, implementation and updating of the processes in scope assuring compliance and quality with lower costs and higher productivity.

 

Tasks:

  • Support Process Owner Master Data Financial Services  (located in Zürich, Switzerland)
  • Focus on Supplier related Master Data topics
  • Ensure MDM system supports all relevant MDM processes, Group Company and Accounting Center requirements
  • Define and document Master Data processes and coordinate such with relevant Group Companies and Cooperate units
  • Assuring process compliance with relevant corporate policies, Group Company rules and regulatory guidelines
  • Define MDM process performance indicators and drives process improvement
  • Communicate process changes on time
  • Leading or support MDM projects
  • Meet cost, quality and timeliness requirements for MDM
  • Further develop MDM roles, tools, resources and infrastructure
  • Coordinate with Knowledge Management team that proper trainings are available for Group Companies, Cooperate functions and Accounting Center
  • Support development of MDM strategy
