For our Client, an international industrial company, due to the dynamic growth of its Kraków branch, we are currently seeking a Legal Compliance Specialist.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in regulatory or security compliance, or a similar legal-related area
  • University degree in Law or a related discipline (e.g. Public Policy)
  • Advanced English skills (C1 level)
  • Strong interest in compliance, particularly in regulatory and/or security-related matters
  • Solid knowledge of security regulations, cybersecurity standards, and regulatory procedures
  • Capability to keep up with evolving regulations and current industry standards

 

Responsibilities

  • Implementing and overseeing adherence to the company’s compliance policies and internal procedures
  • Maintaining and updating documentation related to compliance activities, including audits and regulatory reporting
  • Organizing and delivering training sessions and materials to educate employees on compliance standards
  • Assisting in the identification and assessment of compliance risks and recommending appropriate mitigation actions
  • Tracking changes in relevant laws and industry regulations and communicating updates to the compliance team
  • Working closely with internal and external auditors during compliance reviews and audit processes
