Experience in HR Administration/Payroll area ( considered as an asset )
Working knowledge of labour law and regulations: work time, income tax, social security regulations, social fund (considered as an asset)
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Good command of English
Excel – working knowledge
Ability to work as a part of the team and using own initiative

Responsibilities
Close cooperation with External Payroll Vendor
Delivering the highest quality of service in payroll operations and personal administration by gathering, reviewing and preparing data for payroll input and personal administration activities
Running required controls of payroll output, reports, documentation
Payroll and personnel administration documents’ flow management
Entering and updating data in HR and payroll system
Preparing documents regarding employees’ life cycle
Verifying employees’ work time evidence (time sheets)
Preparing reports, data for statutory reporting, ad hoc reports etc.
Ensuring all data is delivered and process is run in accordance with set deadlines
Preparing, updating and reviewing procedures, process descriptions, guides
Answering employee’s questions
Handling highly sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity
Taking active part in local and global ad hoc projects
