Over 4 years ago Kingfisher opened a Finance Shared Service Centre in Krakow, to which we are looking for candidates for the position below.

Region: Kraków, małopolskie

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of accounting rules would be an advantage
  • Very good spoken & written English (B2/C1)
  • Good MS Excel knowledge
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to work within tight operational deadlines and priorities
  • Good problem-solving skills and cooperation attitude         
  • Knowledge of SAP accounting system (considered an asset)

Responsibilities:

  • Daily Vendor Master requests processing in SAP
  • Process Vendor Master requests in accordance with procedure and schedule
  • Verifying and resolving vendor master database issues
  • Daily involvement/cooperation with other teams as required
  • Ensures that all deadlines are met
  • Proposing and implementing Continuous Improvements initiatives to increase the efficiency of performed processes
