For our Client - international company - we are looking for candidates for a position of SAP EWM Consultant.

We are currently looking for a SAP EWM Consultant to join a team of experts focused on designing, implementing, and optimizing advanced logistics solutions. These include both manual processes and highly automated components such as shuttles, conveyors, cranes, or robots. Your work will help improve supply chain performance and daily operations for customers across various industries.

Region: Kraków, małopolskie

Requirements:

  • Solid hands-on experience with SAP EWM and system customization
  • Experience integrating SAP with subsystems (e.g. automated storage systems, RF devices)
  • Familiarity with SAP technologies (e.g. ABAP, WebServices, oData, RFC protocols)
  • Good understanding of warehouse management processes and automation
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Logistics, or a related field
  • Fluent in English and Polish
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and team-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication skills and customer focus
  • Willingness to travel 

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and define business and functional requirements for SAP EWM solutions
  • Advise stakeholders on SAP logistics processes and configure/customize accordingly
  • Create detailed specifications, manage change requests, and document processes
  • Support system go-lives, perform system testing, and deliver key user training
  • Collaborate with clients on-site (domestic/international) to improve processes
  • Lead and coordinate internal and system testing, including documentation and troubleshooting
  • Support implementation and integration phases within the project lifecycle
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the internal SAP namespace and AddOns
  • Estimate effort and deliver solutions on time and within budget
  • Ensure cost-effective, value-driven engineering in line with business goals
  • Write and review end-user and project documentation
