For newly established HighRadius Strategic Consulting Hub in Krakow, implementing O2C software for European clients, we are looking for F&A professionals with experience in O2C operations or transformation.

Requirements:

• Overall 10  years of professional services experience
• Minimum 7 or more years of experience in similar role in other organization
• Commercial knowledge and thinking
• Experience in working in an international environment
• Strong customer orientation skills
• Strategic thinking competence
• Problem solving skills
• Strong team motivation abilities
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation services for assigned clients
• Implementation scoping and estimating
• Build client relationships
• Manage project resources and deliverables
• Manage project issues/risks and client expectations and escalate as needed
• Assist in building best practices and benchmarks from completed projects
• Understanding in Business processes and system architecture
• Effective change management
• Manage 5-10 clients and their affiliated projects at any given time
