For our Client we awe are now looking to hire an HR Adviser to join our passionate team in our office in Warsaw or Krakow and be responsible for advising both managers and employees on policies, procedures and best practices. The successful candidate will lead on HR generalist projects and initiatives as well as being responsible for new starters & leavers administration.

Requirements:

  • Experience working remotely from your immediate line manager is a plus, with the ability to work on your own initiative
  • Puts people first – our people are at the forefront of what we do, which means the HR team needs to ensure we hire, develop and retain the best people
  • Articulate, proactive and engaging
  • Knowledge of relevant HR policies, procedures and UK employment law
  • Strong attention to the admin. A system is only ever as good as the data behind it. It might not be glamorous, but we will rely heavily on our HR data to make people based decisions
  • Brings ideas to the table, someone always looking to challenge our processes and make things better


Responsibilities:

  • Organise and deliver the onboarding for new starters on employment contract, B2B and mandate contract
  • Employment cycle documents and process management for new starters and leavers (background checks, employment contracts, annex, exit interviews, etc.)
  • Update and ensure all our HR data is kept up to date and compliant Conduct annual audits
  • Manage all benefits administration
  • Provide advice and assistance on policies, procedures and legislation
  •  Review and update HR policies in line with current legislation and inform staff about changes
  • Manage different Employee Relations cases
  •  Develop and execute HR projects related to HR policies, engagement, L&D, etc.
