Key Responsibilities:

As an IT Software and Asset Management Manager you will take ownership of the entire IT asset lifecycle at our client’s organization. Your expertise will be key in optimizing software and hardware utilization, overseeing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Working closely with IT leadership, you will help shape asset management strategies, improve processes, and drive cost efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the global IT software catalog and licensing models
  • Oversee IT asset lifecycle from acquisition to final disposition
  • Evaluate licensing options (on-premise vs. cloud, owned vs. SaaS) and provide recommendations
  • Track and manage software and hardware contracts, including renewals and negotiations
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for IT asset management
  • Provide financial analysis and support IT leadership in budget planning
  • Ensure compliance with security and change management policies
