For our Client - international company - we are looking for candidates for a position of: 

Region: Kraków, małopolskie


Requirements:

  • Practical knowledge of payrolls with minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Deep knowledge of employment law, and ZUS and PDOF regulations
  • Very good organizational skills
  • Good English
  • Good knowledge of Ms Office and R2płatnik application
  • Good relations with clients and team
  • Accuracy, reliability and involvement


Responsibilities & tasks:

  • Preparing personal documentation in terms of employment, workflow and termination of employment
  • Preparing of commission contracts and contract work agreements
  • Registering and calculating of working time
  • Preparing payrolls and verifying the correctness of calculations
  • Preparing and verifying HR schemes and HR and payroll statistics
  • Preparing declarations and corrections in system
  • Preparing tax declarations for tax authorities
  • Preparing declarations for PFRON
  • Cooperating with ZUS, PIP, US and GUS
