For our client, an international company, we are looking for a person for the above position.

Requirements:

• Master/Bachelor degree (preferably economic disciplines) 
• Min. 2 year of professional experience in the area of accounting/finance
• Knowledge of GL process
• Very good command of Spainish (min. B2)
• Good command of English
• Knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel)
• Experience in working with SAP will be an asset
• Communication skills
• Attention to details

Responsibilities:

• Daily GL postings incl. upload of payroll files, recurring documents and re-postings
• Daily posting of bank files and monthly balancing of bank accounts
• Expense: Processing of travel reports, personal expenses, support and training of users
• Supports Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Preparing reports periodically or upon request KPI’s measurements
• Fixed Assets Accounting
• Ensure that all information posted into the general ledger is accurate, timely and valid for the company’s financial information process
