For our Client - a global pharmaceutical company with SSC in Cracow- we are looking for candidate for a position of: Digital Transformation Lead.

Requirements:

• Tracked record of leading complex digital projects from ideation to handover to operation
• Significant digital transformation experience
• Knowledge of change management, agile methodology ideally in shared service environment
• Experience with leading others especially interdisciplinary teams would be a plus
• Higher education degree
• Innovative, passionate, curious, courageous, out of box thinker
• Dealing well with ambiguity
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive, courageous, not be afraid to fail
• Finds it easy to work in a very dynamic environment
• Able to add structure where structure in missing but also flexible in approach where needed

Responsibilities & tasks:

• Leading and strategizing digital transformation roadmap for the organization
• Providing expertise on shaping complex transformation agendas
• Identifying transformation opportunities with process and system re-engineering
• Actively scouting market technology trends to assess, develop, communicate, and implement solutions
• Developing business cases assuring global designs and technologies are cost effective
• Exploring company existing solutions to maximize their digital potential
• Ensuring best adoption to new technologies and processes
• Partnering with Group Finance, Group Procurement, Corporate IT, GBS, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and priorities impacting their areas
• Leading, developing, mentoring and motivating Digital Transformation Team
