Cybersecurity Project Manager Ref. No: 8601

For our Client, an international industrial company, due to the dynamic growth of its Kraków branch, we are currently seeking experienced candidate for the position of Cybersecurity Project Manager.

Requirements:

  •  Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
  • Professional certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2
  • Business-level proficiency in English
  • Knowledge of relevant cybersecurity standards and regulatory frameworks, including ISO/IEC 27001, NIS2, ISO/IEC 62443, and the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA)
  • Experience in project management, preferably within cybersecurity or information security environments
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, methodologies, and technologies
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to occasional business travel


Responsibilities:

  •  Converting approved initiatives into comprehensive project plans, defining key milestones, dependencies, timelines, and delivery priorities
  • Monitoring the progress of assigned projects, including risks, issues, dependencies, and overall delivery performance
  • Providing stakeholders and the Program Management Manager with clear, accurate, and up-to-date visibility into project status and delivery outcomes
  • Identifying, documenting, and proactively escalating risks, obstacles, and potential delays through the appropriate governance and reporting channels
  • Initiating formal escalation procedures when project scope, timelines, resources, or deliverables are at risk, ensuring impacts are clearly documented and communicated
  • Facilitating informed decision-making by presenting relevant information, delivery scenarios, and potential impacts, while offering delivery-focused recommendations and supporting accountable stakeholders in their decision processes
