Customer Service Specialist with German Ref. No: 8431

For our international industrial Client we are currently looking for Customer Service Specialist with fluent German. 

Region: Kraków, małopolskie


Requirements:

  • Fluency in German is a must (C1 level)
  • Very good English (min. B2 level)
  • Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering or equivalent will be an asset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Problem solving & service-oriented attitude    
  • Able to work independently/organizing your own work
  • Eager to learn

 


Responsibilities:

  • Daily contact with German-speaking clients
  • Delivery of B2B Customer Service associated with the order fulfilment process
  • Completing the order process from receipt of customer orders through dispatch, delivery and then invoice
  • Responding to customer queries (e.g. order status, order amendments)
  • Monitoring customer account and order book status on a regular basis
  • Referring to availability/forecast issues for resolution with relevant parties
  • Close cooperation with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and Logistic team members
