Communication and Corporate Design Specialist with German Ref. No: 8361

What we are looking for:

• At least 4 years of professional experience in Internal/External Communication or in Corporate Design or Media Production area
• German and English skills required (min B2 level)
• Very good command of MS Office
• Very good command of the Digital Media (Adobe Creative Cloud, such as Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator or similar tools)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Diligent and systematic approach to work
• Very good time & task management
• Own initiative

In your new job you will:

• Be a central part of the global LGBS corporate communication community and contribute with (audio)visual and written content in internal and external communication
• Independently lead small projects within the department
• Have the opportunity to make improvements to the daily processes and implement your ideas, especially within the global editorial plan
• Strategically plan activities and support in daily activities
• Bring a fresh view and innovative ideas to our visual and written language and have an eye for exciting and appealing motives, enjoy photography and creating/editing image material for our social media and digital communication channels and are able to create articles in both German and English with a modern writing style
• Create management presentations, incorporating our corporate design, and are skilled in the use of PowerPoint
• Contribute creatively, for example in the development of new or improvement of existing communication formats
• Be responsible for the compliance with and further development of the LGBS corporate design
• Manage external service providers and agencies as required and handle production jobs, e.g. in cooperation with external printers
• Take full responsibility for the duties assigned to you and you will be in charge of the implementation and realization of the assigned topics
