Over 4 years ago Kingfisher opened a Finance Shared Service Centre in Krakow, to which we are looking for candidates for the position below.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in the RPA tools e.g. UiPath (preferred), BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, NICE
  • At least 2 years of experience in any automation technology including RPA, VBA, SAP scripting etc.
  • Track record successfully leading small teams on automation projects
  • Experience in up-skilling the development capabilities in automation teams
  • Good English (at least B2)
  • Very good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a nontechnical audience
  • Very good written skills with the ability to produce clear and concise documentation
  • The ability to work with a structured and methodical approach, combined with an enquiring mind
  • An aptitude for problem solving, with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error


Responsibilities

  • Coordination of the development
  • UAT and deployment of BOTs for the processes assigned to their pods
  • Reviewing documented process supplied by Business Analysts to ensure all requirements are met and the Automation tool can interact with any required applications
  • Distribution of workload to Automation Specialists (RPA)
  • Reviewing solution design, ensuring object re-use is adhered to by Automation Specialists and undertaking quality assurance on pod output
  • Mentoring Developers and up-skilling their pod where required
  • Escalation of issues that arise during automation project lifecycle
  • Supporting Developers during development of bots especially with complex processes and objects
