Over 4 years ago Kingfisher opened a Finance Shared Service Centre in Krakow, to which we are looking for candidates for the position below.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in RPA tools e.g. UiPath (preferred), BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, NICE
  • Experience in process automation in VBA – nice to have
  • Good command of English (at least B2)
  • Understanding of business context and functional processes
  • Experience in modelling databases in MS Access/SQL/Azure Tables – nice to have
  • Experience in managing SharePoint sites – nice to have
  • Experience in PowerBI or any other business intelligence application – nice to have
  • Very good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to details
  • Good communication skills


Responsibilities

  • Designing new robotic solutions and documenting it in SDD (Solution Design Document)
  • Building processes and objects in UiPath, constantly developing internal repository of reusable codes ensuring they are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
  • Problem solving issues that arise in day to day building of processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required to the business
  • Facilitating Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing
  • Assessing and implementing change requests as part of a structured change management process
  • Where necessary input into the defect review and resolution process
