Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience on similar position
• Basis of risk and control concept (why we need controls)
• Proficient with MS Office (in particular Excel, PowerPoint)
• Very good command of English
• Analytical and conceptual mindset
• Diligent, independent and systematic approach to work
• Attention to detail and focus on deliverables quality (end user perspective)
• Communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
• Clear and concise documentation skills
• Proactivity, can do attitude

Responsibilities:

• Assures the KRK center as entity is complaint with local laws, rules and guidelines, PCI standard
• Follows legal changes, changes in internal LH policies & guidelines and implements respective changes in the local policies & procedures to assure the organization is complaint
• Designs and implements data protection awareness building strategy
• Conducts onboarding sessions for new employees
• Acts as single point of contact in case of data breaches, reports breaches to internal and official authorities, designs corrective and preventive actions for future
• Maintains and registers all data breaches
• Prepares the organization for audits, conducts internal audits in the areas of responsibility
• Conducts audits of suppliers
• Maintains global trackers for processes and tools
