For our Client - international company - we are looking for candidates for a position of: Chemical Analyst.

Requirements:
Graduate in Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering/ Material Science from an accredited university/college
1 – 2 years of experience in a technical role is desirable, but not essential
Experience in a global / multinational environment
Fluent English
Strong technical skills
Excellent communication skills both oral and written. Listens effectively and clarifies information as needed
Ability to address customer inquiries in real-time
Strong organizational, planning, and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detail
Knowledge of and ability to competently use Microsoft Office programs
Must be able to work effectively within a team to achieve assigned goals
Prioritize and organize effectively to maximize productivity
Self-motivated with sound time-management skills
Responsibilities:
Upload chemical information in Client software
Research chemicals in various chemical databases
Contact customers to get clarification on the chemicals they requested chemical assessments
Support Sales team to send product samples, chemical charts and leaflets to customers
Work closely with Chemical Guardian team to ensure the correctness of chemical information in the requests submitted
Report any software issues to the IT Guardian team and make sure they are addressed immediately
Participate in quarterly meetings to interact directly with Sales and learn about new opportunities that need support
Suggests improvements to optimise the process and increase customer satisfaction
On occasion, they may be required to visit high-value end users and/or channel partners to support the sales team on more complex chemical protection assessments / discussions
