Requirements:

  • Change and transformation experience coming from a global business within a GBS environment
  • Track record of delivery of change programmes related to processes, technology and ways of working that delivered value to the business and increased efficiency and effectiveness of GBS organisation
  • Experienced in delivering change impact assessments, gathering business, process and technical requirements and running workshops
  • Designed and delivered training materials and sessions
  • Ability to identify and solve problems - using data and identifying the root cause of issue
  • Advanced communication skills, with a strong ability to influence others and track record of delivering change
  • Understanding how people go through a change and the change process
  • Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
  • Knowledge of SAP, Ariba, VMI, other finance and procurement technologies are advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present information effectively to a wide audience and the ability to coach, engage, encourage, and bring along stakeholders at all levels of the organisation


About The Role:

The Change and Transformation Manager will be responsible for:

Change Management:

  • End-to-end management of change programmes,
  • Identify and deliver improvement opportunities, through employing process improvement methodologies, in line with the Change Management principles and approach
  • Define requirements to drive process change using interviews, data analysis, requirements workshops and other appropriate tools
  • Put in place measure and monitor benefits realised through improvements

Process and systems training:

  • Manage training requirements and design, build, and delivery of training programmes across GBS organisation, working together with Global Process Owners, Global Product Owner and process SMEs
  • Partner with process SMEs across GBS  to build new training content and/or update existing materials
  • Design, plan, and implement procedures and metrics to monitor training performance and effectiveness
  • Deliver continuous improvement of training curriculum and materials in line with leading practices and feedback received

Learning and Development:

  • Build the right change and transformation capabilities by supporting learning and personal development of GBS employees,           
  • Deliver Training and Learning programmes led from GBS to the business
  • Maintain learning curriculum for GBS

Deliver transformation and embed change:

  • Deliver global complex change programmes
  • Manage and deliver Transition plan of any change and training scope coming to the GBS
  • Work with stakeholders and colleagues, cross functionally, to build continuous improvement environment and mindset across the organisation
  • Mobilize and engage the Change Network

Communications:

  • Ensure change and transformation programmes are supported by appropriate communications plan
  • Ensures communications content is developed and coordinated to support all change implementation and engagement activities
  • Bringing transparency around GBS transformation initiatives and work with the transformation teams to communicate about progress, risks and issues
  • Support GBS leadership team with internal GBS communications
