Business Analyst (RPA) Ref. No: 7926

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who will support the Automation Team in conducting discovery activities for our customers. In a situation where the client does not have defined processes, he/she will be responsible for conducting workshops and creating process documentation for robotization. In addition, she/he will create preliminary architectural assumptions and help to implement good practices in this area.

Requirements

• Previous experience in analysing business processes, preparing PDD documents and process maps;

• Great understanding of RPA technologies (e.g. UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere);

• Creativity and ability to challenge business users to discover process details;

• Business understanding and knowing inside company’s process dependencies; 

• Excellent communication skills;

• Ability to coordinate several projects and very good organization skills; 

• English language at the level of min. C1.

Responsibilities

• Identify, elicit and document detailed and complex business requirements;

• Conduct workshops with customers; 

• Prepare of process documentation for RPA projects (PDD, process maps); using recognized modelling standards and tools;

• Communicate business requirements clearly to business users, developers, and external partners;

• Research and analyse opportunities for improvements.
