Finance System Administrator (BlackLine) Ref. No: 7677

Over 4 years ago Kingfisher opened a Finance Shared Service Centre in Krakow, to which we are looking for candidates for the position below.

Region: Kraków, małopolskie


Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge in the areas of Financial Accounting, Internal Controls and User Management
  • Overall understanding of ERP systems and functionality
  • Experience with SAP Finance
  • Previous Blackline software experience is a plus but not required
  • Time-management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications


Responsibilities:

  • Administration of the Blackline Account Reconciliation / Journal Entry / Task Management module which includes security, exchange rates, reassignments, data management, and reporting responsibilities
  • Maintain all needed configurations concerning accounts, user&back up structure, delegation and other required
  • Configure imports of data (general ledger balances, subledger balances, supporting items, matching transactions, etc.)
  • Review, analyze, and resolve errors in the data imports
  • Ensure the preparers and approvers are assigned to all accounts
  • Maintain the closing calendars (opening, closing financial periods)
  • Configuration of other/ ad hoc updates/adjustments/changes
  • Act as a Help Desk for BlackLine functionality questions and issues
  • Active participation in all implementation/go-live phases (incl workshops, conferences, trainings, UAT, SIT)
  • Maintain consistency and integrity of accounting data through maintenance of documentation for system support functions and controls
  • Provide system support and training to other end users
  • Assist with other ad-hoc projects and analysis as needed
