Our Client is a Danish research-driven pharmaceutical company. They are the world leader in prevention, diagnosis and treatment of allergies. Currently for Cracow Business Centre we are looking for candidates experienced in AP accounting.

Requirements:

• Experience from a function within accounting in a larger company
• Very good English skills (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of the French language - A2/B1
• SAP experience - would be an asset
• Bachelor, Master or equivalent education in accounting or finance area - would be an asset
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Analytical skills and problem-solving approach
• Attention to details and well organized
• Focused on customers’ needs and satisfaction

Responsibilities:

• PO and NonPO Invoice processing and codding
• T&E processing and reconciliation
• Payments preparation and processing in SAP and on the bank
• Open items management on trade and GR/IR accounts
• Solve queries with vendors and local finance
• X-flow and Release Tables maintenance
• Month End and Year End tasks according to MEC/YEC calendar
• Prepare Balance Sheet accounts reconciliation according to the checklist
• Perform Internal Controls and support Audit requests
• Maintain up-to-date process documentation
• Involvement in Continuous improvement/Standardization/other projects
